1. In 2019, former Haddonfield Mayor Tish Colombi asked you to stop using her name in your campaign materials. You failed to do so. Why?
2. In 2002, the New York Times described an effort by George Norcross and Jack Tarditi to build a hockey arena in Pennsauken. The New York Times called Louis Bezich a “consultant” on the deal and “a Norcross ally.” Why do you deny a family connection to George Norcross?
3. Your campaign donation forms list Louis Bezich as “Senior Vice-President” of Cooper University Healthcare. George Norcross is Executive Chairman of Cooper University Healthcare. Why do you deny a family connection to George Norcross?
4. You, your husband, attorney Salvatore Siciliano, Jack Tarditi, and several of your friends are among 12 candidates for 12 seats on the Democratic County Committee. The Committee is formed exclusively of Norcross loyalists and is considered a rubber stamp for orders from George Norcross. Why do you deny a personal connection to George Norcross?
5. Your campaign finance report in October, 2019 indicated that Mr. Siciliano donated $2,541.27 to your campaign in the form of “Hosting Fundraiser Event.” A month later, you said your campaign paid him for hosting the event. Which was it and why did you change it?
6. Mr. Siciliano has been Solicitor for Haddon Heights and several other boroughs. It is widely rumored he wants to be Solicitor for Haddonfield when Mario Iavicoli retires. Would you recuse yourself from considering Mr. Siciliano for the job of Haddonfield Solicitor, in light of your relationship with him?
7. During the Candidates Forum on April 12, you said you have “put forward” a number of different “ideas and strategies” for the Bancroft property “that may not include just residential or residential at all.” What are these “ideas and strategies?” What is your vision for Bancroft and why won’t you tell us what it is? Does your vision for Bancroft include George Norcross or Jack Tarditi owning or managing real estate there?
8. During the same forum, Kevin Roche, who enjoys the strong support of Jack Tarditi (HERD), suggested that Bancroft be developed into rental properties and that the Borough could be a co-investor, exchanging the land for an overall stake in the project. Do you support this idea? Should the Borough be both a long-term investor and ongoing landlord of Bancroft?
9. Given your own and the Bezich family’s connections with Mr. Tarditi and Mr. Norcross, will you recuse yourself from voting on any Bancroft options that affect or involve either of them or their various business interests and partners being investors in Bancroft development?
10. You said on your Facebook page that the Defend Haddonfield mailer was full of “lies,” “inaccuracies,” and “baseless allegations.” But you did not identify any specific lies, inaccuracies, or baseless allegations. Do any actually exist? And what are they, if any?
